The daily bulletin of patients in the various military hospitals as at noon yesterday reads as under: — Trent-lia-m ; racecourse.—Admissions.. 22; discharges, 19; remaining, 126; serious eases, 13, eight of which are improving. Mr, Izard's residenoe.—Admissions, nil; discharges, nil; remaining, 10; no serious cases. Tauheriuikau.—Admissions, nil; discharges, 2; remaining, 17; 110 serious cases. Grcytown.—Admission, 1; discharges, 3; remaining, 8; no serious cases. ■ Masterton.—Admissions, nil; dischargesj nil; remaining, 1; not serious. Palmerston North.—Admissions,. 4; discharges, 4; remaining, 41; no serious eases. Auckland.—Admissions, I; discharges, nil; remaining, 8; no serious cases. Wellington.—l 9; no serious cases. A' euchre party and dance, to form tho nucleus of • a fund to provide little comforts for troopers unable to disembark, was held last evening in the Scottish Society's rooms. The function was a great success and will provide the ladies with the necessaries for their visit'to tho Tahiti on her arrival. It is the intention of the committee to take _ up a street collection on Saturday in order that future boats may be treated in a like manner. It must bo clearly understood this fund refers only to thoso, unable to attend the civic function.
