' Mr. Herbert ' Samuel, PostmasterGeneral, 'unveiled the' Memorial Committee's'tablet to Captain; Cook, at Great Aytown School, where the great navigator was educated. Mr. Samuel announced that a scholarship would be established at Marton, Yorkshire, Cook's; birthplace.
