Sir,—With reference to you,r paragraph in yesterday's Dominion* I. noto with astonishment that you state there is tho liveliest demand for 5, 6, and 7'loomed houses in Wellington; and closeup suburbs, but in the Lower ' Hntt there is an easement. With reference to the Lower Hntt, this is absolutely contrary to fact, and whoever gave you tho information, evidently has no knowledge of that district.
