RENAMED THE YSER, ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrielit (Rec. August 19, 10.20 p.m.) Paris, August 19. The steamer Dacia (which was captured by a French ernisor while on a voyago from America with a cargo of foodstuffs for Germany, essayed for the purpose of testing an international question of neutral rights) has been renamed tho Yser, and has left Cherbourg for Cardiff under tho tricolour.
