It is reported that the relatione between the Kaiser and the German Chancellor (Herr von Bethmann Hollwe<*) are less cordial, and that Herr von Beth- . maim Hollweg's resignation is immi- ■ nent. General von Bissing, the German Governor of Belgium, is mentioned as Herr Hollweg's successor.
