'An excellent programme was provided at the Sailors' Friend Society last evening by -Miss Raino, of Karori. Items were" provided by tho Misses Watt, Raine, Dr.yden, Mesdames, Nelson, and Whittham, and Messrs. Lux, Nelson, AYlhittham, Coward, Spearman, Kelso, and Kransi. The sailors were reluctant to let the performers go, enporing every item. • The duots by Miss jLonsdale and IVIr« I/uks camo in for ; spceial demand.
