RANGIOTU CAMP
REMOVAL TO DRY GROUND. • Orders have been , issued for tho removal of tho Rangiotu Camp to fresh, ground before the ond' of tho week. The Prime Minister, giving this information'last night,, said that owing to the heavy rains the surface of tho ground bad become puddled. ' The now sito is about three-quarters of a milo from tho present one, and the new camp has been prepared in advancc. The new site, which is now quite ready, is oil slightly higher land. ' Mr. Massey said that the outbreak of diphtheria at the camp had nothing to do with the removal.
