At the Supromo Coui't criminal sittiu.es to-day .Tolni Riely was found not guilty of mischief at Brighton, and Alfred James M'Coll, who had pleaded guilty, and implicated Bioly, was admitted to probation for two years, and ordered to pay the cost's of the prosecution. James Kirkman, alias James Turner, was acquitted on a charge of destroying a small cottage and contents, but has still to stand trial for throateoiingfl to burn down the hotel. George Waterman, having been rejeoted for war service, was ordered to come up for. sentence for forgery within three years, and was further ordered to pay costs of tho proscctuion.
