TRAWLER SKIPPER FINED BY COURT-MARTIAL

A trawler skipper named James Brown lias been court-martialled at Plymouth on a charge of neglecting to cngago an enemy submarine, and failing to proceed to the assistanco of a British schooner. The evidence showed that a- submarine attacked and sank the schoonor, and it is alleged that the accused did not attempt to savo the crew or pursue the submarine. 'i'ho Court found the charges of cowardice and neglect were not proved, but that tho accused was guilty of neglecting to engage tho enoitiy. He was dismissed the service.
