WOUNDED FRENCHMEN KTLLTiin BY THE GERMANS. By Telegraph-Presa Association-Copyright Paris, August 2. A further official report on German atrocities has been issued. Details are given of numerous cases in which French civilians were used as screens for German attacks. 'Many frenchmen are suffering from horrible wounds due to filed bullets, which ■ the Germans had packed in special boxes, labelled ''Parabelluin." General Stenger, commanding the, 25th Brigade, issued orders that no more prisoners were to he taken, and not ii living Frenchman was to be left. Statements of German prisoners and in German diaries show that the order was carried out. Wcunded French soldiers wero also finished off in cold blood with bayonet stabs, and the butts of rifles._ In other cases they were found with their throats slifc, their chests crushed in, and otherwise mutilated.
