A wireless message from Berlin asserts that tlie Central (Teutonic) Powers liavo occupied 70,312 square miles of foreign territory, and tho Allies 4281 square miles. Tho total number of prisoners of war in Germany and Austria is 1,695,400, besides 7000 cannon' and 3000 machineguns.
