IN MUNITIONS AREAS AND WELSH COALFIELDS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, August 2. Bank Holiday is boing observed in tile munitions areas and the Welsh coalfields. All tlie workers have undertaken to resume work to-morrow. The West Coast seaside resorts are thronged. Fifty thousand persons witnessed the naval and military sports at Stamford Bridge in aid of maimed and blinded soldiers and sailors.
