August 1, 3.30 p.m.) • Paris, July 31.Despite German boasts that Luxemburg had reaped the reward for not' resisting the German advance, several railwaymen havo been shot on a charge of supplying tho French with information about troop train movements,, and fifty anti-German rioters havo been imprisoned.
