HOSPITAL MILK SUPPLY
SETTLED FOR TWO YEARS. By adopting the following resolution at yesterday's meeting of the Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Hoard, the matter of the milk supply to tlia Hospital has been settled; for tho rest two years:— 1 "
"That after consulting with the secretaries of the Education and Agricultural Departments in connection with the question of obtaining tho board's milk supply from tho Boys' Training Farm at Wereroa, or from the Wereroa Experiment Farm, and after fully ccnaidering the terms upon vrhicli Mr. C. M. Strand is prepared to lease his dairy farm as a going concern to tile board, that tho tender of Mr. C. M. Strand be accepted for tho supply of milk Us. per gallon) and cream (2s. 6d. per quart) for a period of two years from Aprill last—tho milk to lie supplied twice daily from October 1 to April 30 in each year."
