' The Church Property Trust (Canter? bury) Act, 1879, Amendment Bill was read V'third time and passed. \ The Hon. J. T. PAUL moved the second reading of the Georgetti Trust Estate Bill, . a private estate Bill to" vary and declare the interests taken by the children and grandchildren of the late Angustin Georgetti, lata of ' Wa,uganui, .and- to authorise the sale and disposal of real and personal estate. ■ The Bill was'read a second time. The. Council rose at 2.40 p.m. till 2:30. £.m. to-day.
