NOTICE OP SPECIAL ORDER. \rOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that J;" at a Special Meeting of, the Wellington City Council, held on the. Bth day of JULY, 19T5, the following resolution was passed:— The Wellington. City Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 19(18, and its amendments, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby Tesolve by way of special order to accept a surrender of Memorandum of Lease, registered No. 2450, from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington to Frederick Charles Brailsford, and to grant a new Lease to the surrenderer of the said lands for the unexpired portion of the term of the surrendered lease, at the same rental and upon the same terms and conditions as are fixed, by the surrendered lease, with the following-variations 1. There shall be no building covenant in the now lease. 2. The terms of any renewal of the said lease to which the tenant may from time to time be entitled shall be 21 years in lien of 14 years. 3. The provisions as to the valuation of the rental for the first renewal period of 21 years shall be varied as the City Solicitor thinks necessary. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the .' Wellington City Council, to be held on THURSDAY, the sth AUGUST, 1915, at tho Council Chamber, TOWN' HALL, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 7.30 p.m.' - JNO. R. PALMER, Town Clerk. 12th July, 1915.
