The question of whether the ; Whangaroi Freezing Company . or. the Auckland Freezing Company should export the butter output of 'Whangarei, Hiku-l-angi, Parua>-Bay, Waipu, and Wailiie- - kio Dairy- Companies if/was ■ practically settled in'favour of the Auckland Company three weeks ago. Mr. A. Rowlands, of tho .Whangarei Freezing Company,- offored. to a conference of dairy companies r at Whangarei--to. erect a butter store at tho freezing works, and. store and 'export at one ; shilling per' fcox, the Auckland rate being Is. lj|d.
