By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, July 6. ■ In the House of Commons, in. reply to a question, the Secretary of State for. the Colonies (Mr. Bonar Law) said that the Government was inquiring into ino original 1 of the riots in Ceylon, with the view to meting out punishment. Despite statements to the contrary, Ceylon reports do not indicate that Germans were responsible for the riots.
