Wellington and Karori, Sanitation, and Water. .Supply Amendment Bill. f . The /objects that the said Bill is intended to effect', are:—* l.<To amend the Wellington and Karori Sanitation and Water Supply Act, 1912, hereinafter -referred to as.-the "Principal Act," as follows:— 1.
