Tho Parcel Post mail, per Main Trunk (■express, closos at the Chief Post Office at 11.30. a.m., and for the south per Ferry Steamer at 5.45 p.m. Parcels for dispatch by steamers and trains, with the exception of tho usual Ferry Steamers for southern offices, close at tho Chief Post Office, Wellington, ono hour before tho advertised times of closing the mails. All the principal mails by train and Bteamer close at To Aro and Courtonay Place Poiit Offices at the samo hours as at tho Chief Post Office,- with tlio exception that tlicro is no late-fee clearance, n.nd that mails by tho ferry steamers for southern offices close at 5.45 p.m. Mails for Auckland and Auckland district, per second Main Trunk express, close at Courtenay Placo at 5.45 p.m., and To Aro at 8 p.m. A.
