The Germans are massing big guns, not tens, but hundreds, in Flanders, and are 'planning to concentrate the chief fire at a selected point on the Allies' left, hoping, if successful, that hordes of infantry will dash through the breach. A - There are some new fifteen inchers, which do not need concrete emplacements.
