A PRAISEWORTHY RECORD. London, June 24. Among those who have served in tho military and naval forces during the war are 19,648 boys trained in reformatory and industrial schools. Three have won Victoria Crosses, twenty-five distinguished conduct medals, twenty have been mentioned in dispatches, three were decorated by the French Government, and eight have received commissions. Five hundred and ninety-two have been killed and 1540 wounded. The Home Secretary lias written congratulating the schools.
