GERMAN SUBMARINES
IN THE MEDITERRANEAN (Rec. Juno 25, 11.15 p.m.) New York, June 25. An official message from Tokio states that reports from Rome assert that seven German submarines succeeded in entering the Mediterranean through the Straits of Gibraltar. Japanese shipping companies have issued a. warning to their vessels traversing the Mediterranean to extend their war insurances from Marseilles to Port Said. tA WARNINC TO AMERICA. (Rec. Juno 25, 11.15 p.m.) Amsterdam, Juno 25. The "Neuesten Xacliriclitoe," commenting on the submarines' voyage to the Dardanelles, warns America that in the event of her warring against Gormany, submarines would cross the Atlantic and torpedo American warships.
