Tho financial statement submitted showed a credit balance of £2433 18s. id Out of that amount payments foi tho Wellington College amounting to £1100 17s. 4d., and for the Girls College, £353 9s. 7d., were J"J" made, leaving a credit < 3 £W9 lis. sd. The fees due were as follow :-~U ell n„ ton College (second term) £1446 16s. 5d.; arrears, £18 l<s.j total, £1460 Stl. Girls' College tees (second toim), •£1224 7s. Bd.; arrears, £622 10s. Id., total, £3765 10s. Bd. The outstanding rents amounted to_ £452 19s. Id. >.o business necessitating publicity was transacted.
