ANGLICISED GERMANS PRIVY COUNCILLORS TO PROVE .ELIGIBILITY. London, June 23. The King's Bench Division has granted orders nisi calling upon Sir Edgar Speyer and Sir Ernest Cassel (both of Gorman origin) to prove that they are entitled to membership of the Privy Council. The applicant alleged that neither was horn within the Empire, or is of English parentage, and hence they were ineligible for the Privy Council.
