EXPORTS TO NEUTRAL COUNTRIES
RESTRICTION BILL PASSED. London, June 23. The Customs Exportation Restriction Bill has passed all stages in the House of Commons. The Bill provides for more effective control of exports to neutral countries. _ - Mr. E. G. Pretyman (Secretary to the Board of Trade) pointed out that a Netherlands Overseas Trust had been, formed, which guaranteed that goods oxported by the trust would not reach the euem.v. It was therefore intended to prohibit exports to Holland except through the trust.
