SEQUEL TO A DROWNING FATALITY. ■ By Telegraph.—Press Association, Duncclin, June 21. Tlie Supreme Court was occupied today with tho action of the Public Trustee, as executor of the will of tho lato Kev. K. 1,, Woodhoti.se, versus Alio National Insurance Company, to recover £500, amount of nil Occident insurancn pliov. Mr. Woodhouse, an Anglican minister, was found drowned in the year ago. The company disputes tho claim mainly oil the ground that it has not been proved that doath wa.s ac.c.ideiital within the meaning of the term of the policy.
