HEAVY SNOWFALL IN THE SOUTH. By Tolograph.—Press Association. Reef ton, June 19. There was a heavy fall of snow last night- and this morning. Snow is still falling. Grre, Juno 19. There was a heavy fall of snow last evening, which alternated with frost. There were three inches on the ground this morning. At 1 o'clock snow fell again. Our Carterton correspondent reports that a hailstorm was experienced in Carterton on Saturday afternoon, and the hills we 'e covered with snow.
