EMPLOYING NON-UNIONISTS
CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Chrfstchurch, June 17. In the Magistrate's Court, tJio Ohristcliurch City Council was charged with a breach of the General Labourers' Award by employing nou-uuionists, and fras fined 20s. and costs. The Magistrate remarked that it was not a deliberate breach, but in future he would hold tho heads of departments strictly responsible.
