Capital: £3500 divided into 3500 shares of £1 each. Subscribers : G. D. Macfarlane, 40: J. D. Piper, 100; J. T. Clark, 60; R. Cairns, 50; 0. B. Morgan, 60; B. Hooper, 70; G. R. Houghton, 90. Objects: To acquire as a going concern the business of cheese manufacture heretofore' carried on by Reeves-and Williams and the Rivcrbank Cheese Factory at Masterfcon Road.
