Tho London Committee have co-operated with Dr. Stephen in the matter, with the result that Mr. W. E. Cocks, of Sydney, is now at Hobart making the preparatory arrangements. During his stay in Wellington, as Missioner to Seamen, both Mr. Cocks and Mrs.- Cocks made many friends, who will be interested in this latest development.
