A BOARDING-HOUSE MYSTERY
OPEN VERDICT AT AN INQUEST. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) London, Juno 6. At tho inquest regarding the deaths of Herbert Horsfall Stanhope, bank clork, and Constauce Julia Brent, wife of the manager of the New Southland Savmilling Company, New Zealand, whoso bodies were found ill a boardinghouse in Hyde Park, an open verdict was returned. The doctors previously gave evidence that death ivas due to narcotic poisoning. Brent had been recently treated for _ neurasthenia, and was warned against taking laree doses of trinal.
