Ann Petren Caroline Margret Mikkelsen. The applicant' made reference to liis abduction of the child, and contended that he had been actuated by a strong , desire to promoto its interests. He said his prime object in life was to promote tho interests of his little girl. The mother, in her affidavit, expressed the conviction that tho father was endeavouring to obtain access to tho child merely to annoy her.
