A party of fifty Germans, clad in khaki, entered the stables of the Chateau of Homge, near the Monim high road. Our machine-guns -were trained on the doorway, and the howitzers, shelling the building, drove out the enemy, who were mot by u storm of lead from the machine-guns. I'wenty-seren of them fell."
