A VALUABLE PRIZE
CARGO OF COPRA CONDEMNED 13'.' PRIZE COURT. (Rec. June 3, 0.40 a.m.)

The Prize Court has condemned the cargo of copra, valued at £16,000, which was seized on board the Remonstrant ill October last.
The cargo was the property of the Jaluit Gesellscbaff, who in September requested' Justus Scharff, Limited, of Sydney, to receive delivery of the copra in their store, pending further instructions from Hamburg.
GERMAN PRIZE COURT DECISIONS (Rec. ilune 3, 0.40 a.m.) London, June 2. The Prize Courts at Hamburg have declared the Zaanstroom to be a lawful prize, as upwards of half her cargo was contraband, 'l'he Batavier was released. [In March last the Dutch steamers Zaanstroom and-Batavier were held, up bv the German submarine off the Dutch coast, and taken to Zeebrugge.]
