WAIMATE'S BIG EFFORT. (By TelegraDh.—Press Associations Walmate, May 29. A Red Cross appeal, culminating in a street collection to-day, had up to 5 p.m. realised about £4500, not including £125, sent five months ago, when His Excellcncy the Governor's first appeal was made.
