The week's Belgian competition (two rounds medal play) for Mr. Hislop's cup was won by W. T. Doughty (handicap 4), whose gross scores were 76 aud 82. Tho best cards returned were:— W. T. Tlie club's Belgian Fund benefits to the extent of £3 65., the amount of the entrance fees for this competition . Much interest is being taken in the exhibition match to be played at Miramar next Saturday, for which the whole of the proceeds go to the National Fund for Wounded Soldiers. Sir. A. Duncan and J. Watt will play E. S. Douglas and J. M'Cormick, and the game is sure to be keenly contested. Tickets may be obtained from the secretaries of any of the golf clubs in Wellington.
