SITTINGS AT NAPIER.. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) | Napier, May 27. The Education Boundaries Commission sat at Napier to-day. The chairman of tho Hawke's Bay Education Board gave evidence that the aluiculties of administering the northern half of the district would increase if the administration was conducted _ from a centre other than Napier. Railway extension now in hand would assist to make the control better for the Napier Board. He considered that the Bay district could bo enlarged with satisfactory results, viz., the inclusion of Opotiki, Wliakatane, and Akitio. The commission leaves for "Wellington to-morrow.
