Private Edward Dwyer, Ist East Snr-i revs, for conspicuous bravery and deJ votion to duty at Hill 60. I Private Robert Morrow, Ist IrisH. Fusiliers, for most conspicuous brav* ery at Messines. Seoond Lieutenant "William Barnard Rhodes Moorhouse, 'Flying Corps, foil most .conspicuous bravery in flying to' Courtrai, destroying tho railway and re* turning, though mortally wounded.
