Speaking at a meeting that was held in Dunedin on Saturday night in the interests of forming a railway branch of the National Reserve, Mr. E. A. Dawson, of the Railway Officers' Institute, paid a striking tribute to tho Otago National Reserve. This organisation hod, lie said, a very line name for enthusiasm and efficiency throughout New Zealand, and was looked upon as thf parent body of the association in the country. nddfcd tliat he hoped fcne men of the Railway Department would help, to maintain that reputation, and would do their best in the interests of tlip niovoiiient as a whole.
