WEEDING OUT THE SLACKERS, SHIRKERS AND DRINKERS
CLYDE MEN TAKE ACTION,
London, May 16. Beginning oil Monday, the Clyde unions intend weeding out slackers, shirkers, and drinkers. Fines ranging from twenty shillings to sixty shillings will, in the first instance, bo imposed on those not working full hours, ana a ropetition of the offonce will involve sterner measures.
