In the Supreme Court, in the charge against George Maslin for alleged indecent exposure, Where the verdict "not guilty," was returned, the case.for the defence was that accused was not acting indecently, but performing a natural function, made necessary by a certain weakness, and that from the position the girls occupied they could not have seen what was going on
