PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE MADE London, May 7. The National Patriotic Organisation has arranged a meeting in the Guildhall for May 19, when Mr. Asquith will move, and Mr. Bonar Law will second the motion: "That this meeting records its abiding gratitude of the unparalleled sen-ices rendered by' tlhe Domiuions and other parts, of the Empire in this struggle to maintain that ideal liberty and justice which is common to the sacred cause of the Allies." Tha High Commissioners of New Zealand, South Africa, and Canada will acknowledge the resolution, and-' the Marquis of Crewe and Mr. Lewis Harcourt will also speak.
