GOVERNOR'S REPORT. Sydney j May 7. Judge Murray, Governor of Papua, is visiting Sydney. He is gratified at the development of the territory. The area tinder cultivation last year increased by 7500 acres, and was now 43,000. The old idea that Japanese labour was required to cultivate rubber had been exploded. The Papuans had proved very apt at learning the business.
