Tho annual meeting of the Mastorton branch of the Y.M.C.A. was held on Thursday, which was preceded by a wellattended dinner. Spackman, of Mastorton, in the alternative a sum of £75 in damages for failure to complete the purchase of a motor-lorry. After hearing evidence, His Worship ga\e judgment for £25 damages with costs.
