M'Clymont, recently returned from Egypt,, was brought before a Justice of the Peace on six informations charging him with the theft of various sums of money received by him as Officer Commanding the 14th South Otago Regiment. Counsel for accused applied for a remand till May 14, which was granted. Accused was admitted to bail on his own recognisance.
