PRICE OP BUTTER
RECOMM RNDATfONS BY FOODSTUFFS COMMISSION. The Foodstuffs Commission lias concluded its investigations regarding tho price of butter, and its report was forwarded to tho Government last night. Jt is understood that, the Commission is unanimously of opinion that the prices charged in New Zealand are undulv high, and that the Government should take action in tho interests of the consumers. It is also understood that the Commission makes recnmniemla linns designed to reduce the price of butter within the Dominion.
