The following were reported last night to be dangerously ill and wounded WELLINGTON INFANTRY BATTALION PTE ED WARD JOSEPH CALLAGHAN, born in Glasgow, 18&0; farm labourer; 6H'ved ill the Highland Light Infantry. Next-of-kin, Miss •J. Findlay, Hampden, North Otago. Compound fracture of right forearm. OTAGO:INFANTRY BATTALION PTE. - HERBERT VALENTINE PETERPON; born (at Palmerston North in 1893; carrier. Compound fracture of thigh. PTE. WM. STURROCK SMITH; born 1885; gardener. Next-of-kin, Mr. W. S. Smith (father), Chatton, Gore, Injuries to head.
