ELECTRIC TRAMS FOR NEW PLYMOUTH
« (By Telegraph.—PresH Association.) New Plymouth, May 3. The_ first sod of the electric tram construction. work between the Breakwater and Fitzroy was turned by the Mayor this morning. The trams are expected to be running before the end of the year.
