NO AGREEMENT REACHED. . (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Greymouth, April 30. No agreement was reached before the Conciliation Council with regard to the application of the Liverpool mine workers for the variation of 1 the award in consequence of the introduction of safety lamps. The case will in all probability' be brought before the Arbitration Court.
